Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier.

• Estimated shipping times are displayed on each product page and confirmed at checkout and with a confirmation email once the order is confirmed. 

• Typical delivery times are 3–10 working days for UK mainland orders, though some larger items may take longer.

• If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

• We offer free UK mainland delivery on selected items and on orders over a certain value (displayed at checkout).

• Orders that don’t qualify for free delivery will have shipping costs clearly shown before payment.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) to follow your delivery.

We work with trusted couriers including DHL, Tuffnells, UK Mail, UPS and our supplier partners’ own logistics providers.
