At Stay-Outdoors.co.uk, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including tags and manuals where applicable).

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@stay-outdoors.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size, colour, or item? Let us know in your return request — we’re happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used tents, sleeping bags, or camping mats.

  • Opened or used cookware (e.g. pizza ovens, BBQs).

  • Personalised, customised, or clearance items.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact us immediately at sales@stay-outdoors.co.uk with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind?

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. At Stay-Outdoors.co.uk, we extend this to a full 30-day return period for most products, so you can shop with confidence.
